I am beginning to transfer content from my long-standing website www.CancerRD.com to this new blog by the same name. Why? The simplest reason is so I can update information without paying for the very expensive web maintenance and technical assistance needed. My website is SO old (it was developed in 1997 and launched in 1998) that the programming language behind the website is woefully out of date (i.e., maybe by 1000 years in computer-talk). Being so out-of-date translates to being very, very expensive to have someone else do updates for me, let alone design a brand-new website.
So bit by bit, I am reviewing what content I have on my website, tweaking it if needed, and then transferring it over here. It will take a while, even though it is far less time consuming than creating new material for my other blogs.
In the meantime, enjoy my other blogs and feel free to go back and forth between my website and this new blog. Thanks for hanging in there with me!
